Though he missed a chance to enroll for more education, he worked closely with the future Pope Benedict and this made him quite popular in the Vatican Circles. Thus, he has earned the reputation of being a benevolent and well-meaning priest in both America and the Vatican. However, these are not the only accomplishments of this young and dynamic priest as the future would really prove.

He went on to become a major priest in New York and he would work well in his pastoral policies and reforms for public welfare as well. He had become rather popular with the other priests in the city and the Irish and Italian communities in the city. Also, it has been now found that Msgr. Brown has worked for public welfare in a number of other countries and nations. In these nations, Charlie has done a lot for the Missions Of Charity in the different countries. So, now that he is expected to be the next nuncio to Ireland from the Vatican, things are looking good.

EUA (for its acronym in English) has carried out 300 assessments in 45 countries since 1996. In Colombia only universities have requested Uninformed, Del Rosario and now the UN.

The work, carried out by a committee of peers, it was proposed to give a comprehensive look at eight aspects of the university: governance and structure, finance, research, education and its processes, human resources, and students: the process of internationalization; and commitments to quality management.
